Healing for Weight Loss


Weight loss is a process that not just makes your overall appearance beautiful, but also harnesses your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual power, equipping you with fitness. Whether you want to lose weight to look beautiful or to feel fit from inside out is a different point of discussion altogether. Our main agenda is to find out an easy way which can help us achieve success at that. You tried diet, gym, expensive weight loss therapies and a couple of home-made solutions, but alas, none of them quite worked for you. So, what are you planning to do next? Give pranic healing a shot.

The role of pranic healing in weight loss

We gain weight when we let our appetite be uncontrolled, indulge our cravings for food and sugar often, and allow our negative emotions to get the better of us. With the help of pranic healing, all these aspects can be checked and the will power to cut off fat be increased. The impact of this process works differently for different people. Some are able to see fast results, while others may need a few sessions. Now, the question is – how does pranic healing help in weight loss?

If you are aware, a human body is made of some main chakras (energy wheels) and several minor chakras. The major chakras are called:

  • Root Chakra
  • Navel Chakra
  • Solar Plexus
  • Throat Chakra
  • Crown Chakra
  • Heart Chakra
  • Ajna (Third Eye) Chakra

These energy fields are constantly spinning inside us, sending and receiving energy within us and from other people and the environment. This process reflects on our emotional and physical health. When the chakras are balanced and healed, you feel positive and when their balance is disturbed, you tend to experience negative emotions. This happens because the body organ located close to that affected chakra and the endocrine system that regulates our metabolism and physical growth among other things get affected. And, this whole experience leads to weight gain and unhealthy eating.

From this, it’s apparent that if your chakras are cleansed and balanced you can reduce fat with ease; pranic healing is a mechanism that helps correct imbalances in these energy fields by activating self-repairing power of the body.

The step-wise guide for pranic healing for weight loss

Whether you are going to do healing on your patient or on yourself for fat reduction, there are certain techniques that you have to follow. Scanning, re-scanning, cleansing and energizing will remain to be the main course of action. Here are a few suggestions on what and how to do.

Scan

First, begin with scanning the main chakras of the body, focusing on the front and back solar plexus chakras, navel, throat and ajna.

Second, check the stomach and liver minor chakras and feeding point and hunger point in the hypothalamus.

Treatment Process

1) As always mentioned, thorough cleansing is extremely important. So, begin with general sweeping from head to toe, imagining that the aura of the body is also covered. Do it 4 to 5 times.

2) Apply localized sweeping on front and back solar plexus chakras. While sweeping, imagine that you are removing the negative thoughts and all negative elements from there.

3) Clean the abdominal area well. Pancreas, small intestines, large intestines, and liver have to be thoroughly cleansed. After cleaning, make sure to re-scan all these organs. If you feel any block, do clean them again.

4) Apply localized sweeping on heart, throat, ajna, basic, crown and back head chakras. Energize chakras that are safe to be energized.

5) Give energy to feeding and hunger points in the hypothalamus via the base of the nose.

6) Scan all the areas once again. If everything is fine, stabilize all the chakras and disconnect.

Meditation, eating habits and exercise

There is no denying the fact that some may become slim faster and some may take more time to lose fat as everyone’s body responds differently to different situations. But, when you undergo this treatment or your patient is getting this treatment, certain things are recommended to be followed for better results. These include meditation, eating habits and exercise. Meditation is advisable because it equips mind and body with peace. It helps to control the flow of emotions, thereby putting a check on negative or positive flow of energy. At the same time, meditation is also believed to increase immunity, will power and confidence. This means it can create an overall positive impact on the health.

Another critical thing to watch out for is eating habits. Including nutritious and balanced diets of fresh vegetables, fruits and water can help boost the weight loss process. Since the natural colors of the fruits and vegetables also have a deep connection with our body response system, it will be better if you could focus on variety.

Finally, do physical exercise a bit. You don’t have to hit the gym or get into rigorous physical work. Instead try to do some breathing exercises, squatting, bending, twisting and walking. If you think you cannot give much time to it from your daily routine, then at least try to save 15 minutes for this. It will help you stay healthy and strong and as a result, contribute to your weight loss efforts also.

Remember, pranic healing for losing weight is an alternative treatment. It doesn’t use any medicine or external solutions; hence it is considered to be very safe.  The process may take some time to show results, but you have to be patient. Usually, people take about 8 weeks to see noticeable changes in their body once the treatment starts. But, this may not be so in every case. Your body may need some more time to respond to the techniques. So, just be positive and hopeful. Begin with a positive mind whether you take this treatment or administer it.
