After the discussion on major chakras and color pranas, I was given another break for five minutes. I opened my book and saw the points on from where pranic energy enters any human body. As we know by now, there are essentially three types of energies such as earth, air and divine. The earth energy enters our body through sole chakras and basic chakras. The entry points for air pranic energy are the lungs and the spleen chakras.
As far as the gateway for divine energy is concerned, it’s been already mentioned many times that crown chakra is the main gateway. Though this energy enters into our body through crown chakra, it culminates in the heart chakra. Owing to this, both heart chakra and crown chakra have gold color prana in maximum amount.
Well, this point has been explained in such a simple and concise manner that it didn’t take me much time to understand this portion in the book. In fact, all the points in the ‘Advanced Pranic Healing’ book are covered in very simple and lucid fashion. Any practitioner and even a non-practitioner would find it interesting to go through this book. It’s indeed a powerhouse of knowledge.
