The training session resumed after a short tea-break. We were expecting our trainer to explain the eleventh and the last major chakra of our body. But, he continued his discussion on the solar plexus chakra. He first asked us a few questions on the solar chakra based on what he had discussed before the tea recess.
Trainer said one important point left to be shared about the solar plexus chakra with you all is that it’s the seat of lower emotions. It is the place where emotions like courage, destructiveness, anger, greed, aggressiveness, ambition, violence, perseverance and hatred, etc. are located. It generates both negative and positive emotions.
Elucidating this point further, the trainer said the solar plexus chakra sends erratic sensations when a person is highly angry and as a result, he or she faces problem while breathing. The discussion on this chakra came to an end after a short question and answer round.
During this question and answer round, one of the students asked – “Sir, what about the number of petals it has?” With a smile on his face, he said ten petals. He also said “I am glad you noticed that one point is missing somewhere.”
So, this was finally the end of discussion on solar plexus chakra.
