So far, we learnt about the nine vital chakras in our energy body. Now, it was the time to hear something about the second last chakra or energy center. Our trainer chose to speak about all the chakras in random order. He didn’t discuss them in the order of their location. It wasn’t necessary also. His concepts were crystal clear and hence, none of us ever faced any issue. He told us about the solar plexus chakra now.
The location of the solar plexus chakra is the cavity/ hollow space between our ribs. Our body has two solar plexus chakras, one located behind the other. This chakra consists of ten petals. Solar plexus chakra plays an important role in controlling and energizing vital organs of our body. These include liver, pancreas, adrenal glands, lungs, diaphragm, stomach, and large and small intestines to a certain degree. It is also responsible for the quality of blood produced in our body.
Malfunctioning of solar plexus chakra can result in various types of ailments. Diabetes, hepatitis, breathing problem, heart diseases, high cholesterol level, digestion and blood related ailments are just to name a few. In fact, a person who is feeling extremely exhausted can be immediately revitalized if his solar plexus chakra is projected with energy.
After explaining this point, the trainer asked us to quickly refresh ourselves and come back to the class. So, we all went to the hall where tea and snacks arrangements were made for us by the organizing authority.
