Hmm.. so the discussion was still going on on the chakras and this time, the focus was on meng mein chakra. It was another brisk take on the topic from our trainer’s side as the day 1 of the workshop on basics of pranic healing was about to end. The day was long but not tiring. We were still in listening mode.
Coming back to the point, according to what our trainer said the meng mein chakra is located behind our navel. This chakra consists of eight petals. Whatever I understood about the function of this chakra is that it receives energy from the basic chakra and transmits it to the spine.
If meng mein chakra malfunctions, our kidneys and adrenal glands can get affected. We can also face spine and blood pressure related problems. Not only this, our energy level can also go down if this chakra stops functioning properly.
Our trainer said if you are treating an infant, kid, pregnant woman or any aged person, you should never energize this chakra. If energized, infant, kid or any elderly patient can suffer high blood pressure. In case of a pregnant woman, it can cause death of the baby in the womb.
Well, this certainly made us nervous. But, trainer said there is nothing to worry. If you are careful enough, you can definitely take care of all these. So, finally the day 1 of the two-day workshop came to an end with this.
