It was the last day of the 2-day training on basics of Pranic Healing. The trainer was in a hurry to give us maximum information in the remaining time. But, his concepts were so clear and style of teaching so good that we never missed out on anything. And then, he kept on asking us surprise questions in between the session just to ensure that we all are listening and understanding them too. This had made all of us quite attentive.
We first had a short recap session followed by a quick discussion on the fresh ones. On this day, we were told about the heart chakra, which is in the center of our chest and consists of 12 petals. We have two heart chakras – one is located in the front part of our body and another in the back part of our body.
Front heart chakra influences the physical heart and thymus gland; and the back heart chakra is responsible for the proper functioning of the lungs in addition to the heart and thymus gland. Heart chakra also protects our system against infections. Our trainer said that heart chakra and solar plexus chakra are the centers of emotions. So if one chakra is affected, the other can easily get affected.
With this, the discussion on heart chakra came to an end for the time being.
